I bought the diamond star locket for my Auntie’s birthday. I must say that the product was beautiful, and turned out very similar to the preview which I received in an email. I would also like to say that I have not had the pleasure of receiving such genuine and thoughtful customer service in a long time. Matt was both personable and practical, offering to include a personalised birthday card free of charge and ensuring I knew exactly when the product was going to be delivered, even with the adverse weather conditions. My Auntie was over the moon with the present, and I was very happy with the service. Would recommend to a friend and will probably be using this website again.

Bought 2 of these for my daughter and niece who are 18 in a few weeks. And as we lost a family friend Chloe who was only 19 in a car accident and has devastated us all, I decided to get some pictures of them together in this lovey locket and am very impressed with how clear and sharp the photos are and in such a lovely necklace. I am so impressed with the care Matt took in placing the photos so perfectly and sending proofs to check I was happy before proceeding. Turnaround was fast and the pendant delivered in excellent time, it looks fab and is excellent quality - I’m thrilled with it 😊 The pendant is a birthday gift for my Mum with photos of my Nan & Grandad that have passed so I know she will treasure it ❤️
