Delivery faq
Please note that for orders made using your loved ones ashes, hair, pets ashes or fur we usually need around 10 working days. But please understand that this is an aim not a gaurantee. If you need your order for a special date, please let us know!
If you need your order delivered faster than the times quoted on our website please contact us ASAP to see what we can do for you. We will always do our best!
Depending on the product, most personalised orders take around 1 - 3 days to hand craft. Some personalised products can be posted the same day when ordered before 3pm. UK delivery then takes another 1-3 days depending on your choice at the checkout. International delivery takes 5 - 7 days usually
All of our memorial/photo jewellery is made from .925 Sterling Silver. Any charms that then have rose gold detailing will be 18ct Rose Gold. Charms that have gemstones i.e Sapphire or CZ will be noted in the description!
We are based in Portsmouth UK. All of our orders are hand finished by us in house and posted as soon as possible with the Royal Mail. You can be assured you are buying local from the UK!
It's best to check each listing individually, but every jewellery order comes gift wrapped in a silk pouch and box. Some orders including pendants and bracelets may also come with an extra gift bag
We work hard to make sure every order that goes out is perfect. We are only human, if something has gone wrong we would prefer to put it right! You can return your order up to 365 days after purchase provided we have had a chance to correct any issues.
If you have simply changed your mind, and the product isn't personalised and hasn't been worn... You can return it for a full refund. Please contact us with any issues or queries!
